Return Policy

When your order arrives, please be sure to check for "any flaws or defects in the product" and "any errors in your order" with the tags attached.

*Please note that we are not able to respond to products that are returned after 8 days from the date of arrival.

 

Defects (stains or damage) or wrong products due to our fault

We take all possible measures to ensure the delivery of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or damaged, or is different from the product you ordered, we will replace the defective product with a good or correct product after returning the defective product with payment on delivery. If a replacement item cannot be arranged, we will refund your payment.

Please note that even in this case, we cannot accept returns of the following items

Merchandise that has been used, refurbished, or washed after 8 days from arrival.

Merchandise that has been used, remodeled, washed, or cleaned

Merchandise that has had the tags or labels removed or any accessories lost.

Merchandise that has been stained, soiled, or scratched, or that has been exposed to odors by the customer

Merchandise that is in a condition that is significantly different from that of the original delivery (including the box and accessories)

Other products that are not eligible for return

 

Returns and exchanges at the customer's convenience

We accept returns or exchanges of merchandise within 8 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following items even within 8 days of arrival.

 Merchandise that has been used, remodeled, washed, or cleaned.

 Merchandise with tags or labels removed or accessories lost

 Merchandise that has been stained, soiled, or scratched, or that has been subjected to smells by the customer

 Merchandise that is in a condition that is significantly different from that of the original delivery (including the box and accessories)

 Other products that are not eligible for return (products that have been repaired, discounted products, etc.)
